A Mail Room provides mail access to your tenants. Certain tenants require mail including Offices, Condos, and Apartments.
Mail Rooms must be delivered to by Loading Dock workers or Delivery Dock workers. Mail Rooms also only have a limited number of mailboxes with each mailbox associated with a room.

Strategy
Because Mail Rooms have limited number of mailboxes, it may make sense to place more of these rooms closer to your tenants, perhaps one per floor. You may also want to upgrade Mail Rooms for additional mailboxes.
