Parking is built from two separate facilities: Parking Ramps provide car access between floors, while Parking Stalls provide spaces for cars. See those pages for their individual construction and operating costs.

Building a parking area

Build the first ramp at ground level, then extend access with ramps directly above or below it. Connect stalls to the accessible parking area. Car access is also needed by facilities such as the Delivery dock and Garbage dock.

Parking can be built above or below ground, but ramps and stalls have negative noise and environment effects. Keep these away from sensitive rooms where practical.

See Car parking for parking demand and fees.
