A Subway Station provides your Tower access to the city's subway system. This may help attract additional visitors and guests to your tower and increases the desirability of your tower.
Certain tenants may require subway access as your tower grows including Offices.
The Subway Train arrives every hour during the day and as a result, visitors arriving to your tower arrive in large crowds. Sufficient elevator and transport capacity is necessary to avoid unhappy guests.
