A Washroom provides access to a washroom for tenants and visitors in your Tower. Certain rooms such as Offices and Hotel Rooms expect access to a nearby Washroom.
Washrooms need periodic cleaning by Housekeeping. Leaving a Washroom too dirty will result in it being closed temporarily.
Washrooms can also be croweded and become full at 12 or more occupants. Fulll Washrooms may result queues forming and decreasing your tenant's commute satisfaction.
Strategy
Place washrooms around offices, stores, restaurants, and commercial buildings to reduce the distance visitors have to walk.
