A Condo is a residential tenant available for a family of four to buy.
Condos generate sales income upon being sold and may be a quick way to generate additional capital quickly. Condos also generates a modest amount of persistent monthly cashflow through condo fees.
Tenants have the right to leave the condo with a full refund of the initial sale price if there is a strong pattern of deterioration in your Tower's services. As a result, make sure your residents remain happy or you risk being forced to buy back your condos.
Strategy
Because Condos can be sold for up to twice the construction cost, it can be a lucrative way to generate lots of money up front. However, this may backfire if your residents leave due to poor evaluation from unsatisfactory services or unmet requirements and are forced to buy back the condos. The higher the sale price, the higher your resident's expecatations are.
Other tips:
- You can compensate a higher sale price with lower condo fees.
- Keep Garbage Rooms and Mail Rooms nearby
- Keep noisy or negative environmentally negative tenants or facilities.
- Add capacity gradually as residential demand grows
