The three built-in maps in 2D Tower are:
- Tutorial — a guided introduction to basic gameplay.
- Nostalgia — a modern take on the original Sim Tower map.
- Tokyo — build a skyscraper in Tokyo, Japan.
The full city maps and Tutorial have different content and progression rules. See each map page and Star rating for details. Additional maps can be supplied through content mods.
