Washroom access is evaluated by Office, Store, Single Hotel Room, Twin Hotel Room and Suite Hotel Room. The washroom must be operational and reachable to provide this service; see Needs and requirements. A washroom cannot accept more than 12 occupants at once, and it closes when its cleanliness reaches zero.
