Certain tenants may require subway access as your tower grows including Offices.
The Subway Train arrives every hour during the day and as a result, visitors arriving to your tower arrive in large crowds. Sufficient elevator and transport capacity is necessary to avoid unhappy guests.
Strategy
The Subway Station can generate a significant amount of traffic and you may need to use multiple elevators or express elevators to service it. Because the subway must be placed on the lowest floor underground, an efficient elevator system is extremely important as it adds additional distance that your sims need to travel.
