A Power Distribution Room provides power to your Tower by connecting you to the city's power grid.
You may want to upgrade the Power Distribution Room to increase power capacity. You may choose to flip breakers to temporarily reduce power consumption and maintenance cost.
Power Distribution Rooms can only be placed on floor B1 due to the power lines placed by the city.

Strategy
The power system is quite straightforward: keep power consumption below your power capacity. Running out of power capacity can cause your entire breaker to trip, triggering a temporary blackout.
