Car parking

You can create parking spaces in your tower for your residents, workers, and visitors. You may also set a parking fee for each stay as a way to make additional income (at the expense of decreased satisfaction).

Building parking

Parking spaces are provided by two types of buildings:

• Parking Ramp - The first ramp must be on the ground floor (that's where street access is). You may build additional ramps directly above or below an existing ramp. There must be a direct connection between a ramp and the ground floor for it to have Car Access.
• Parking Stall - Parking stalls must be placed adjacent to an existing parking ramp or parking stall. If there is a break in the car access connection, there will be a no car access icon.
